About the Facility





We provide training for athletes of all ages and ability levels to maximize athletic performance by developing strength, speed, power, coordination, agility and flexibility. 

As the leading authority on athlete development, Velocity Sports Performance uses scientifically designed programs to improve SPEED, POWER and AGILITY - the three pillars of athleticism, while reducing the likelihood of injury. Our expert performance coaches provide individualized integrated athletic assessments for each athlete including a body composition analysis and kinetic evaluation.


Programs Offered

Youth Speed, Power, and Agility Training (7-11)

Our Youth curriculum places a high priority on running technique, athletic coordination, agility, balance, speed, relative strength & power, and the introduction of essential muscular movement patterns. These are vital in establishing a child's athletic foundation for improved performance, injury prevention, and long-term enjoyment of sports participation.

Developmental 1 Speed, Power, and Agility Training (12-14)

In this second stage, athletes have discovered the importance of developing neuromuscular patterns. Athletic fundamentals begin to be developed and directed towards athletic skill application in our Developmental 1 program. This program focuses on progressing and maintaining athletic movement while refining and ingraining fundamental skills of speed, agility, and power. This repeated rehearsal leads to permanent and positive athletic change.

Developmental 2 Speed, Power, and Agility Training (15-18)

Most athletes in this age group have developed neuromuscular patterns and the fundamental skills of speed, agility, and power. For Developmental 2 athletes, technique is fine-tuned, and the final pieces to build the total athlete are provided. In essence, each athlete is optimized according to their biggest areas of improvement.

Adult V-Fit Program

Our Adult V-Fit sessions are designed for active adults looking for a challenging training program. The Adult program is designed to actively challenge effort and coordination with 60 minute movement-based sessions. No two sessions are alike, and all are fun, fast-paced, and educational, which is unique compared to a traditional gym- based workout. The result is an increase in fitness as well as improved metabolism, body composition, and exercise technique.

Bridge Program

Our Bridge Program offers post-rehabilitation training for athletes and patients recovering from ACL or other lower extremity injuries.  This unique program is designed for patients who have been discharged from formal physical therapy, but are not yet ready to return to unrestricted activity due to healing constraints along with deficits in strength, neuromuscular control, and athletic function.  Our program and curriculum was designed by our team of professional sports performance coaches, certified athletic trainers, licensed physical therapists, and consulting sports medicine physicians.  The program is run in a small group training environment by a qualified sports performance coach with extensive experience working with this population.  Prior to being admitted to the Bridge Program, all athletes and patients must be evaluated and cleared by our physical therapy staff at The Training Room Physical Therapy located inside VSP.

College Program

Our program blends together our scientifically proven speed and agility program with an athlete's strength and conditioning program written by their college strength coach.  Our program not only physically prepares athletes for college athletics, but mentally prepares them for the challenges of being a collegiate athlete. 


Professional Athletes

The STACK Velocity Sports Performance programs for professional and elite athletes are designed to provide peak physical stimulus that pushes the absolute limitations of elite athletic performance. Due to the customized and maximal intensity nature, recovery and regeneration methods are implemented. Our programs place the highest emphasis on applied and measurable performance, secondarily fine-tuning movement. Timelines to reach goals and exceed expectations are accelerated for this athletic population due to the elite competitive schedules and real-time demands.

Team Training

Our Team Training programs are designed to deliver a challenging workout that is organized, educational, progressive, and customized for entire sport teams. Training sessions are typically conducted at the team's training facility and focus primarily on linear speed and multi-directional skill development. Team Training programs are built to be sport relevant with medicine ball strengthening, bodyweight resisted power development, energy system development, and speed ratios that apply directly to specific sports demands.
