Adolfo is a recent graduate of Manhatten college where he played 3 years of Division 1 soccer under an athletic scholorship. Adolfo earned his Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in Physical Therepy, as well as a minor in Biolgy. He was also a member of Phi Epsilon Kappa. Adolfo was a high honor student at Manhatten College.

Adolfo has played semi-professional for FC Quickstrike and Newburgh Soccer Academy. He has also worked as a personal trainer at  New York Sports Club, a camp counselor for various soccer camps and at Blue Streak Sport Performance. Adolfo has been a member of Renzo Gracie Jiu Jitsu Academy since 2007. He is certified in CPR & AED and a NSCA Member.
