We understand that everyone does not necessarily want to get faster, some people just want to lift weights and get pushed. During an intense one hour session, athletes will focus on absolute strength, reactive strength, starting strength, strength endurance, explosive power and hypertrophy. This class is available for Developmental 1 to elite college athletes. Participants train in semi-private groups for optimal performance and motivation.
