Nike Summer Performance Camps
It doesn’t matter what sport you play--you can’t become a better player by just playing more. You need to improve your overall athleticism. The Velocity Sports Performance Nike Summer Performance Series will focus on:

Increasing your speed
Improving agility
Reducing the likelihood of injury
The camp features both skill instruction and Velocity Sports Performance’s unique and proven version of Nike SPARQ Training. Velocity Sports Performance and the Nike Summer Performance Series can take you to the next level.
Soccer players age 8 – 15 yrs old are invited to join local coaches and Velocity performance coaches to improve your foot speed, brush up on your ball skills and take your game to the next level.

Lacrosse Camp
Lacrosse players age 8 – 15 yrs old are invited to join local coaches and Velocity performance coaches to improve your field running skills, brush up on shooting, dodging, stick skills and increase your speed, acceleration, strength, power, coordination, flexibility and balance to help improve your game.

Football Camp
For football players age 8 - 15. Local coaches and Velocity performance coaches all join together to provide SPARQ training and position specific football skills in a low athlete to coach ratio you won’t find anywhere else!
