Private Sessions

Train like the pros- The Benefits of "Private Training"
 
 
     We train most of our Professional and Elite athletes in a small group setting, just like we do our younger athletes. However, because our Pros typically have less time to train, we often mix in some "privates", one-on-one training sessions with one of our Performance Coaches. This enables the athlete to address their specific needs in a very time efficient manner. We've also seen this approach be extremely effective with our Developmental athletes (high school and middle school).  Whether the area of focus is speed mechanics, strength & power or rehab, we have coaches who can help.
 
 
Some Areas of Focus for Private Training Athlete Specific: Get the specific athletic development for your sport needs, but in a one-on-one environment where you can be pushed to perform your best in a program tailored just to you.
 
*Speed: We will get in-depth with the specific speed and agility training for you and your sport. Using tools like the FORCE resistance sprint treadmill to fine-tune technique, along with video analysis and feedback, we will accelerate your results.
 
*Strength & Power: Get focused on increasing your strength & power for sports to improve your jump, speed, build muscle if needed and improve your overall game.
 
*Rehab / Prehab: We help the pros return to play faster and in better shape and you can do the same. As a bridge between traditional therapy and high performance, we understand injury and know how to prevent them.
 
*Fitness: Whether it’s better endurance, weight loss, or looking better at the beach, the same techniques we use to sculpt the physiques of pros can work for you.
 
For our developmental athletes (6th grade through college) we offer private performance coaching sessions in conjunction with our Performance Memberships.
 
 
*One time fee, per athlete- TAPP(Testing, and Program Planning)=$199

Single Session = $109 + TAPP
10 Sessions = $999 + TAPP
